1. General provisions
1.1. These online store usage rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) establish the rights and obligations of the Buyer and UAB Autopsa (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), the procedure for acquiring, paying for, delivering and returning goods, the parties’ liability and other provisions when purchasing goods in the e-shop.
1.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts. Amendments to the Rules shall take effect from the moment of their publication in the Store. If the Buyer continues to use the Store after the publication of the amended Rules, it means that the Buyer unconditionally agrees to all amendments to the Rules.
1.3. The online store www.sonax.lt is sold only in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. Protection of personal data
2.1. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties except in cases when it is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply.
2.2. The Buyer agrees that the Seller shall manage and process his data provided during registration for the purposes provided for in these Rules.
3. Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement
3.1. A purchase and sale agreement is concluded for each order. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer forms a shopping cart in his name in the online store, indicates the delivery address, chooses the payment method, and reads these „Rules” and pays for the goods.
3.2. The sale and purchase agreement is valid until the full fulfillment of obligations under this agreement.
3.3. Every contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is protected by UAB Autopsa.
4. Buyer’s rights and obligations
4.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement concluded with the online store www.sonax.lt by notifying the Seller in writing no later than within 7 working days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. This right of the Buyer is exercised in accordance with the Law of the Minister of Economy of 2001. August 17 by order no. 258 approved „Rules for the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded by means of communication”.
4.2. The buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the price of the goods and their delivery.
5. Rights and obligations of the seller
5.1. In the event of significant circumstances, the Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the e-shop without separate notice.
5.2. The Seller may cancel his order without informing the Buyer in advance, if the Buyer, having chosen payment via electronic banking or payment by bank transfer, does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) business days. If you choose to pay in cash, during the delivery of the goods and in case of any doubts about the order, the Seller will contact the Buyer by phone. In this case, the delivery term of the Goods is calculated from the date of contact with the Buyer.
5.3. If the Buyer tries to compromise the stability and security of the online store, or otherwise violates its obligations, the Seller may restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store without prior notice. In exceptional cases, the Buyer’s registration may be canceled.
5.4. The seller has the right to place links to other websites in the online store, but is not responsible for the information or activities published on them.
5.5. The Seller has other rights provided for in the Terms and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.6. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use the services provided by the e-shop under the conditions set forth in these Rules and the online store.
5.7. The Seller undertakes to arrange the delivery of the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
5.8. Unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, the Seller undertakes to offer the Buyer a similar or as similar a product as possible. If the Buyer does not agree with this offer, the Seller will refund the money paid by the Buyer within 5 working days.
6. The price of the goods and the procedure for their payment
6.1. In the online store and in the formed order, the prices of the goods are indicated in euros with VAT.
6.2. Next to each specific Item is its description. If the information provided to the Buyer is insufficient, he must contact the Seller for additional information. When ordering the product, the Buyer confirms that the information about the product provided in the Store is complete and clear to him.
6.3. The Seller has the right to change the range of goods in the Store, their descriptions, prices, delivery conditions and other information in the Store at any time without informing the Buyer.
6.4. The delivery fee is not included in the price of the product
6.5. The buyer can pay for the goods in one of the following ways:
6.5.1. Using electronic banking through the electronic banking system you use;

6.7. The buyer sees and can print the order form – a prepaid invoice.
7. Delivery of goods
7.1. The Seller delivers the goods throughout Lithuania except the Curonian Spit.
7.2. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods at the time of ordering.
7.3. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address and on the basis of other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make claims to the Seller regarding delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
7.4. The goods will be delivered no later than within 2 working days after receipt of payment.
7.5. The goods are delivered by the Seller or its authorized transport company.
7.6. The delivery price depends on the weight, volume and dimensions of the ordered goods.
7.7. The delivery price does not include the unloading price of the goods when the weight of the consignment exceeds 30 kg. The Buyer pays for this service.
7.8. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment, the quantity, quality and range of the goods together with the representative of the Seller or his authorized transport company. If the buyer or another person receiving the goods signs the consignment note without comments, it is considered that the consignment has been delivered undamaged and subsequent claims for damage to the packaging of the consignment will not be accepted.
7.9. If the Buyer refuses to accept the ordered goods or the delivery of the goods is impossible due to the fact that the Buyer specified an incorrect delivery address when ordering the goods, the Buyer must pay a fine of LTL 100 and compensate the Seller for any losses incurred by the Seller.
7.10. The Seller shall not be liable for the non-delivery or late delivery of the ordered goods to the Buyer, if this was due to the fault of third parties or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control and reasonably foreseeable and could not prevent the occurrence of these circumstances or their consequences. .
8. Warranty
8.1. All goods sold in the Store are guaranteed by the manufacturer.
8.2. The validity period of the goods sold in the store is unlimited, unless otherwise stated next to the goods.
9. Return of goods
9.1. The return of goods takes place in accordance with the 2001 June 29 By the order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 „On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items”. The Buyer may return the goods via the courier who delivered them or by post no later than within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. In this case, the Buyer shall be refunded the full price paid for the returned goods, but shall not be reimbursed or reimbursed for the cost of delivery of the goods. The costs of returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer. For goods returned in accordance with the conditions provided for in this clause, the money paid by the Buyer shall be returned no later than within 15 working days from the date of delivery of the returned goods to the Seller.
9.2. Returned goods must be intact seals (if any), in the original packaging of the goods and consignment, may not be used or have lost their commercial appearance. The Buyer is responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the goods. If the goods are not fully completed, used and / or have been damaged and / or lost their appearance, untidy and / or improperly packaged, the Seller has the right not to accept the returned goods and not to return the money paid by the Buyer for it.
9.3. The Buyer may not return such goods, the possibilities of return of which are not established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.4 To return the item (s) 9.1. In the cases specified in the Clause of the Rules, the Buyer must complete the return document, which is attached to the goods ordered by the Buyer, and submit it together with the returned product (s).
10. Exchange of information
10.1. The Seller shall send all notices to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer’s registration form.
10.2. The Buyer shall send all notices and questions to the address specified in the „Contacts” section of the Seller’s e-shop.
11. Final provisions
11.1. Electronic stores www.sonax.lt. The rules have been drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, therefore the law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to the relations arising on the basis thereof.
11.2. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller shall be settled by negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
